The European Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study is designed for use by hoteliers to add focus and clarity to product and service improvement effort that matter most to their guests. The study provides a single measure to assess the level of overall guest satisfaction among hotel properties located throughout Europe.

The study, now in its second year, measures the overall satisfaction of European hotel guests based on seven factors: reservations, check-in/check-out, guest room, food and beverage, hotel services, hotel facilities, and costs and fees. Forty-five hotel brands were measured and ranked in four segments, including upper upscale, upscale, mid-scale full service and economy.

Golden Tulip Hospitality currently manages and franchises a total of 59 Tulip Inns worldwide with over 5400 rooms of which 80% are located in Europe.
