BMC Capital Provides $2.55M Loan for a Multifamily Property in Mesa, Ariz.

Dallas, Texas — BMC Capital announced that it originated a $2.55 million loan for the acquisition of Pine Gardens, a 55-unit apartment complex located at 206 - 212 W. Southern Avenue in Mesa, Ariz., an eastern Phoenix suburb.

“The borrower had initially planned on putting 30% down, but after working with BMC, he saw that he would receive a greater benefit from maximizing his leverage,” says Susanna Reust, a vice president at BMC Capital’s Phoenix office. Reust originated the loan for the Glendale buyer. She provided a five-year fixed rate on a 78% loan-to-value mortgage with a 30-year amortization. “We were able to offer a larger loan amount than originally anticipated because of our expertise with the local market,” says Reust. Marcus and Millichap represented the borrower, and Hendricks and Partners represented the seller.
