Marketplace Books Shed Insight on ETFs in New Book

David Vomund, president of Vomund Investment Management and chief analyst at AIQ Systems, has just released his first book, ETF Trading Strategies Revealed, through publisher Marketplace Books. The release of this book addresses the need for information on the explosive growth of the exchange traded fund in the marketplace.

According to the Investment Company Institute (ICI), exchange traded funds (ETFs) have seen year over year growth of 38.1 percent (or $92.45 billion) from June of 2005. And with the introduction of new funds like the Van Eck Global's Market Vectors Environmental Services ETF (AMEX:EVX) this October, the category itself has seen tremendous growth.

Jonathen Bernstein of ETFZone.com reported this past weekend that even as the Dow has hit all-time highs, it has been the performance of global ETFs that have been startlingly impressive. It is this rapidly increasing volume that has left traders searching for targeted information.

Vomund shows investors the way to apply classic techniques to leverage their ETF investments for both the short-term and long-term and presents mechanical ETF rotation techniques for domestic and international investments. Featuring an interview with Linda Bradford Raschke and a chapter by Steve Palmquist, Vomund manages to cut through the slew of ETF advice out there. ###
