Email service provider Emailcenter (www.emailcenteruk.com) has today announced the launch of the latest version of their email marketing solution Maxemail. Maxemail Version 4 provides marketers with new tools for improving the deliverability, targeting and analysis of their email campaigns.

Deliverability of emails can be improved by utilising a number of tools within Maxemail including the ability to test the email against spam filters at major ISP’s such as Hotmail, BT, Wanadoo and AOL to see if the message will be placed in the inbox, junk mail folder or completely rejected.

“Email deliverability is still a major headache for marketers” says Nigel Williams, MD of Emailcenter. “However these deliverability testing tools provide marketers with the intelligence to avoid the junk mail folder and therefore improve campaign performance” added Nigel.

In addition to testing to seeing how the email will be treated at each ISP marketers can also get a snapshot of how the email will be rendered along with monitoring the bounce, open and click-thru rates at each ISP.

Maxemail V4 also features an advanced personalisation engine enabling each part of the email message to be customised based upon the recipients profile. This feature particularly excites MD Nigel Williams. “The more relevant an email the better the ROI – each email created using this tool will be highly relevant and customers have been experiencing click-thru rates as high as 45%.”

Major enhancements also exist in the reporting of email campaigns as customers can track online purchases made as a result of the email along with new reports such as the Funnel report and domain based reports.
