BMC Capital Provides $1.45M Loan for a Rite Aid in Steubenville, Ohio

Dallas, Texas — BMC Capital announced on Monday, November 6, 2006, that it originated a $1.45 million loan for the acquisition of an 11,325 sq. foot building housing a Rite Aid pharmacy at 138 North Fifth Street, Steubenville, Ohio.

James Conley, a vice president in BMC Capital’s Wilmington office, originated the 69% loan-to-value mortgage with a 10-year fixed rate for a Calif. borrower. The loan also features a 30-year amortization. Tony Hsu from ReMax Elite Realty represented the borrower. Brad Nathanson from Marcus and Millichap represented the seller.
