DONALD TRUMP SELLS OUT IN HAWAII & PANAMA IS NEXT

November 15, 2006 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
Panama City, Panama – It took just a few hours for 460 suites in Donald Trump’s luxury hotel-condominium project in Waikiki, Hawaii to be sold out last Thursday for over $700 million.

Panama City, Panama is next.

Donald Trump is building a $220 Million, 65 story (2.4 million square foot) hotel/condo monolith called the “Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower” in a posh Panama City neighborhood.

Trump will build 500 luxury condominium units along with a 312-room hotel including a casino, private beach club and a marina.

It has nearly sold out with groundbreaking scheduled before this Christmas and a completion date in 2009.

Bigger Than Trump: An even taller skyscraper will be near Trump's Tower.

The Ice Tower will have 104 floors making it the tallest building in all of Latin America, tied with the Empire State Building as the second-tallest in the Western hemisphere and 9th in the world when it is completed in 2010.

Even before Trump's Tower and The Ice Tower are completed, another skyscraper (93 floors) called El Palacio de la Bahia costing over $160 Million scheduled completion in 2009.

Jon Hanna, managing attorney for Panama Offshore Legal Services that is associated with the Trump project, proclaims this “The beginning of a real estate boom for Panama”.

Panama’s real estate Boom is just starting thanks to Donald Trump.
