Based in Woburn, Massachusetts, Bay Colony Partners features a combination of strategic consulting and independent brokerage services, including 401(k) retirement plans, executive benefits, group health care plans, and human resources services.

Bob Auditore, Gary Cowles, and Jeff Kagy are the principals of the firm. Bob Auditore is accomplished in the development and implementation of retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, as well as a full array of financial planning and services.

Gary Cowles is a trusted industry consultant for executive benefit models and plans. He works in concert with company leaders to ensure that supplemental compensation and retirement plans are in place and properly performing for senior executives.

Jeff Kagy leads the practice area with flexible services and resources for human resources directors and their departments, ranging from organizational development consulting to on-site recruiting, staffing support, and project management.

Group health care services round out the firm’s services, making Bay Colony Partners a single source for insight, solutions, and service.
The partners and experienced executives directly service clients with strategic direction, customized solutions and benefits plan design, as well as the implementation and administration of the plans and initiatives. They ensure each employer’s alignment with federal and state laws, fiduciary responsibilities, and strengthen each company’s ability to be a competitive, compliant employer.
