Petoskey, Mich. – ICTNS recently celebrated its two year anniversary, growing from a single-employee business located in the owner’s home, to three employees with an office in Petoskey.

In 2004, Michael Paulus, ICTNS President decided to follow his dream of owning a small business. With five years experience as a network administrator at a local manufacturing company, Paulus founded his business with a single client.

“It was a risk, but I was confident in the success of the services I planned to offer,” said Paulus. “Through my experience, I had learned how a business can use technology to run more efficiently. I wanted to share this knowledge with area businesses to help them become more successful.”

Since then, Paulus has added two additional employees and gained more than 45 clients. ICTNS develops Web sites, provides support for its clients’ computer networks and creates custom software in an effort to make businesses operate more efficiently.

In addition to celebrating their two year anniversary, ICTNS launched an application that gives its clients the ability to update the text and images on their Web sites, a product commonly offered by larger Web development companies.

“Small businesses often want a Web site the big companies offer, but can’t afford the prices,” said Paulus. “That’s exactly what we provide – Web sites at an affordable price, that you can easily maintain.”

ICTNS is an information technology company formed in 2004.

It provides northern Michigan with Web design and development, software development, Web site hosting and email and networking support from an experienced Microsoft Certified staff.
