SALTA International, Inc. Announces New Director of Global Sourcing & Production Management

Red Bank, NJ – SALTA International, Inc. is pleased to announce Cindy Newell as the new Director of Global Sourcing & Production Management. Cindy comes to SALTA with over 24 years experience developing and sourcing product from around the world, with a strong focus on children’s apparel.

Cindy’s background includes her recent position as Sourcing Manager for all cut & sew knits at Land’s End. Prior to Lands’ End. Cindy has held positions with companies such as Salant Childrenswear where she was Director of Sourcing and Manager for both the Talbots and Sears accounts. For a number of years she was with May Company, in St. Louis, first as Sourcing Manager overseeing all sourcing and product development of the children’s private label programs, then moving to Director of Fabric Sourcing. Cindy began her career at Allied Stores as a Market Representative, developing kids private label programs for all of the stores under the Allied Stores umbrella.
