Mike Albert Leasing launches innovative website and operating system

Mike Albert Leasing, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of its new website and operating system that will greatly enhance the company’s fleet management capabilities.

“We recognized the need to make changes in our organization to support our mission – providing customers with world class service while assisting them with the management of their fleet,” said Marty Betagole, President of Mike Albert Leasing. “We are excited to introduce these enhancements that have been in development for more than a year. It is our belief that they will provide Mike Albert with the technology and customer service structure to dramatically improve our industry position.”

The new operating system will greatly improve the company’s effectiveness in servicing its clients. Automated efficiencies and improved work flow will reduce time spent on manual tasks.

“The time saved will allow us to be more proactive in managing our customers’ fleets and result in reduced operating costs for our clients,” said Sheri Hardesty, Vice President Sales Administration.

Additionally, the new system will provide Mike Albert and its customers with state-of-the-art web capabilities. Customers will be able to easily access critical information related to the management of their fleet. Automatic notifications will ensure that all important information, such as vehicle order status and maintenance alerts, will be provided to their drivers in a timely manner.

The company is also adding two new levels within its Customer Service Department. One level will take drivers’ calls to answer frequently asked questions. Mike Albert will also add an Account Manager level to act as the liaison between the customer, the Area Manager and Customer Service.

“We envision that this important role will improve the quality of our customer service and enhance communication of our customer’s need to the rest of our organization,” said Customer Service Manager Mary North. “These two changes will reduce the day-to-day load on our Customer Service Representatives, allowing them to be more proactive.”
