VIPCG, NAICOM Set Investor Roadshow, Invites Public Participation

VIPCG President Vicky Pope today announced the date and format for the Nigerian Insurance Industry's Investor Roadshow. The event will be held in New York City on Tuesday, December 12, offering Institutional and individual investors nationwide an opportunity to participate in the Nigerian Insurance Industry's Recapitalization efforts.

"The challenges that confront the Nigerian Insurance Industry's Recapitalization efforts create a unique opportunity for American Investors looking for alternative investments," Pope said.

"We are moving aggressively to recapitalize our sector, and have already had fruitful summits in London, U.K. and Beijing, China. We're looking forward to a positive response in America as well," said Chief O.E. Chukwulozie, Commissioner for Insurance / Chief Executive of NAICOM, the Nigeria National Insurance Commission.

The event will begin with a panel discussion at 9:00 a.m. and will be followed by individual presentations from CEO's of Nigerian Insurance companies and networking.
