sendit.com invests in customer loyalty by joining ipoints loyalty scheme

Sendit.com (formerly Blackstar.co.uk), one of the largest online DVD stores in the UK, is investing in customer acquisition, development and retention by becoming the latest etailer to sign up to ipoints.co.uk, the UK’s biggest online coalition loyalty programme.

Customers will be able to earn 1 ipoint for every £1 that they spend at Sendit.com, which equates to a very generous 5% back on each purchase. Sendit.com customers will also be able to multi-collect points across all ipoints’ loyalty partners including SwapGame.com, Lovereading.com, Moonpig.com and Bunches.co.uk. This makes it possible for them to collect significant amounts of ipoints easily, and to redeem these for exciting rewards such as TVs, CDs and short break holidays much more quickly than with traditional loyalty schemes.
