Even four of the 2004 U.S. Olympians have formed three new teams. New pairs Dain Blanton and Kevin Wong, Stein Metzger teaming up with Jake Gibb, and Dax Holdren hooking up with Jeff Nygaard are all taking aim at 2004 AVP Team of the Year Karch Kiraly and Mike Lambert.
