WARE MALCOMB AWARDED DESIGN OF DISTRIBUTION BUILDING IN PROLOGIS’ PORT READING BUSINESS PARK

(December 2006) Woodbridge, New Jersey – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s New Jersey office is proud to announce we have been awarded the design of Building 4A located in the prestigious ProLogis Port Reading Business Park at Port Reading Avenue, Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. ProLogis is the developer for the project.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for this 270,400 square foot speculative distribution building. The building has a 32’ clear ceiling height and is constructed of steel and pre-cast materials with corner office elements that screen the loading area from the street. The design utilizes two-story glass elements to highlight office entries and detailed reveal work to delineate office and warehouse functions. Construction is to begin in January 2007, with completion expected in August 2008.
