KYMCO Introduces Online Product Knowledge Training Powered by Dealership University

INMAN, SC and ATLANTA, GA — KYMCO USA is pleased to announce the availability of online product knowledge training for authorized KYMCO USA dealers. The courses, created for KYMCO USA by Dealership University, a leading developer of interactive training for the powersports industry, offer dealers a consistent and easy way to train their sales staff on the features and benefits of the full line of KYMCO motorcycles, scooters and ATVs.

The courses, which are available immediately, contain an interactive combination of audio, graphics and text to create an engaging experience and aid in learner retention. Additionally, each course contains self-checks throughout and a test at the end to track the learner’s comprehension and course completion.

Authorized KYMCO USA dealers may begin enrolling employees in the online training courses immediately. Upon enrollment, each employee will receive a unique user name and password as well as instructions on how to access the training courses. Since the courses are available online, course participants may complete the courses at their own pace and repeat the courses as many times as they would like. Additionally, the courses have been designed with a built in tracking feature to allow dealer principals and managers to track the progress of their individual employees.
