The free three-day festival makes the most of its location at the new $3.5 million ocean front performance center. Reflecting the beach lifestyle of fun and food, the outdoor concert features arts and crafts, southern barbeque, Florida seafood, a 5K Beaches Run/Walk, a kayak race and a surfing competition with a $5,000 purse.

The musical lineup offers a full range of traditional and contemporary artists performing on two stages. Artists scheduled to appear include the legendary Hubert Sumlin and Guitar Shorty who — with more than a century of blues playing between them — have influenced such artists as Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Jimmy Page, Frank Zappa, Bob Weir, Jeff Beck, Carlos Santana and Jimi Hendrix. Also playing is what could be considered the "next generation" of blues artists, including Bob Margolin, Lil' Ed Williams and Tinsley Ellis. And then there are the "up and comers" - 14 year-old Eric Steckel, Shane Dwight, Sharrie Williams and Deb Callahan - who bring their own versions of blues layered with country, rock and gospel influences. In all, more than 20 artists are schedule to play during the three-day event.

For blues enthusiasts who want an enhanced experience, premium seating is available which provides armchair seats near the stage, private beverage bar and private portable bathrooms. Prices for premium seating are $30 for the weekend, $5 for Friday only, $20 for Saturday only and $10 for Sunday only.
