WARE MALCOMB AWARDED DESIGN OF NORTH WINCHESTER SUMMIT OFFICE PROJECT

Ware Malcomb’s San Diego office is proud to announce it has been awarded the design of the North Winchester Summit Office project, located in Riverside County, California. Veralliance Properties of San Diego, California is the developer of the project.

The firm’s San Diego office is proud to announce it has been awarded the design of the North Winchester Summit Office project, located in Riverside County, California. Veralliance Properties of San Diego, California is the developer of the project. Veralliance Properties, Inc. is a corporate real estate solutions company focused on real estate acquisitions, development and management in the Southern California market.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for eight speculative office buildings for sale totaling 62,500 square feet on a 4.96 acre site. Five of the office buildings are single story ranging in size from 5,000 to 7,700 square feet. The three remaining buildings are each two-stories and 11,200 square feet. Construction is estimated to begin during the 3rd quarter of 2007.
