Equicor Welcomes New Vice President of Leasing

Indianapolis, Ind. – Equicor Companies, a developer and manager of office, retail and residential properties, is pleased to announce Megan O’Toole as its vice president of leasing.

In this capacity, O’Toole will focus on leasing both new and existing Equicor space including retail, commercial and industrial.

O’Toole has extensive experience in all of those areas serving as director of leasing and acquisitions with Williams Realty Group, acting as commercial property manager with Security Capital Industrial Trust (now Prologis) and as leasing agent and property manager for Realty Investment Company. In addition to her work in retail leasing, acquisitions and development, her career has included leasing more than 250,000 square feet of office space and 1 million square feet of industrial space.

“Megan’s background is truly unique,” said Greg Small, Equicor chairman and CEO. “It’s very rare to find someone with her depth of expertise in all of these areas.”

“I enjoy the diversity of this job,” said O’Toole, who is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and the Building Owners Managers Association. “It’s something different every day – and I love the networking aspect as well.”

A native of Elkhart, Ind., O’Toole obtained her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University South Bend in 1986 and resides in Westfield, Ind.
