Outreach & Filming in Hong Kong, China

With outreaches in 36 countries on all 5 continents representatives from Harvest Fields Commissioning International, a UK based charity, were in Hong Kong, China in December for meetings with Pastors and church leaders and filming of a major documentary. The film, “HONG KONG: Pearl of Great Price” is presently in post-production with a Spring release expected. Featuring scenic footage of this changing yet timeless city and interviews with notables such as internationally renowned evangelist Dr. Luis Palau, Jackie Pullinger MBE (St. Stephen’s Society), Pastor Dennis Balcombe (Revival Chinese Ministries International), author and leader Ross Paterson (Antioch Missions / Chinese Church Support Ministries) and Pastor John Snelgrove (The Vine Church), the film aims to show the true China - its physical beauty and spiritual challenges.

One of HFC International’s previous productions “Awakening Israel”, which investigates the joys and sorrows of that Biblical land, was a nominee for “Best Feature Film Documentary” at the prestigious Sabaoth International Film Festival held recently in Milan, Italy. The film attracted worldwide attention in the press and on the internet.
