January 07, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Business NewsRoseville, Michigan – January 7, 2006. In a time when Real Estate woes and worries have reached an all time high a new Real Estate Investment Association called REIA of Macomb is promoting an aggressive outlook on acquiring mostly single family houses throughout South East MI. The REIA of Macomb was created for Real Estate investors by Real Estate investors for the purpose of networking, education, and community enrichment. This group is not only for Real Estate entrepreneurs but also Mortgage Brokers/Bankers, Real Estate Agents, Construction contractors and tradesman, and any other persons associated with the Real Estate industries/occupations. REIA of Macomb is also a great place to be if you are interested in learning about and preparing to jump into the world of investing.
A monthly meeting begins with an early bird networking session from 6-7PM. This is where the players and would be players get together to utilize each others talents and to swap deals. From 7-7:30 PM introduction and announcements are made and monthly recognitions take place. Then typically from 7:30-9PM an industry expert commonly from other areas of the nation as well as our local area will come and speak to the group on his/her area of expertise.
1st time guests are always free at the meetings (Anyone from any walk of life). Annual memberships are available to future meetings. These meetings will be held and open to the public from 6-9pm at the Best Western Georgian Inn the last Thursday of the month. Nathan Mayes and Dylan Tanaka, the founders of the REIA of Macomb, are two very active investors who are always looking for a good deal on a house. The belief is out there that you should stay as far away from MI Real Estate as you can, but these two are not buying it. “The time to buy houses is now,” says Dylan Tanaka. It really is a shame for some of the homeowners that must sell in this market. The unfortunate truth is often times the only offer they may receive is one from an investor. Nathan and Dylan want to see a thriving Real Estate Entrepreneurs club where people are taking control of their financial future. That is why they started the REIA of Macomb. “The REIA of Macomb is a great place to do deals, learn and teach others about the benefits of owning real estate” says Nathan Mayes.
Go on out to the first ever REIA of Macomb meeting Thursday the 25th the doors open at 6pm for networking the meeting officially starts at 7PM.
