Red Level Networks Continues Momentum Throughout 2006

Red Level Networks , a full service IT solutions company that designs, installs and provides ongoing network services, announced today sales revenue of just over $1.2 million in 2006. This 21% increase from 2005 is a direct result of successful milestones and major client wins in 2006. Looking forward, Red Level has plans for a significant 2007 business development, poised for continued growth through expanded operations.

Red Level increased its customer base by 40% in 2006, with clients such as JK&T Wings (Buffalo Wild Wings), Kurtis Kitchen and Bath Centers, Hennessey Capital, First Independence Bank, Lover’s Lane and Co-Op Credit Union. To meet customer needs, Red Level invested in building its team, growing its staff by 28% from 2005. The company is currently servicing and consulting approximately 150 small-and medium-sized businesses in Southeast Michigan.

“Red Level had the opportunity this year to service several new customers while continuing relationships with our current customer base, meeting the demand for qualified and professional IT services,” said David King, president of Red Level Networks. “In 2007, we are looking forward to our continued growth with new customers, staffing and service offerings, ensuring we are consistently meeting and exceeding the business needs of the companies we serve.”

In 2007, Red Level will offer customized managed services, including 24/7 monitoring of infrastructure components, online service requests, online billing and remote restoration capabilities. Additionally, Red Level is on target to expand its custom software development staff by adding additional resources for integrated and customized programming services.

To accommodate its quickly growing operations and staff, Red Level also plans to move to a larger office space in April 2007. This new facility will provide space for the addition of a larger data center and client training facility, along with accommodating an expanded staff.
