Raleigh, N.C. — Carolina Communities Development Group (CCDG) has officially opened its doors to the land development industry of North and South Carolina. The development firm will be based in Raleigh, and will concentrate its efforts on the area bounded by Washington DC, Charlotte NC and Charleston SC.

Carolina Communities is a fully integrated real estate development firm specializing in the acquisition and development of both commercial and residential properties. Mr. McCrary began his career with Horizon Financial Corporation, a wholesale mortgage banking industry firm located in Gaithersburg, MD. He later entered the real estate brokerage environment through the family firm of McCrary and Associates in Washington, D.C., and subsequently the development and construction industry in 1990 with the firm of Beach Construction North.
