Celebrate Valentine’s Day at The Ambrosia Restaurant

The OC Pavilion (www.ocpavilion.com) and 5-star Ambrosia Restaurant are pleased to offer a world class, 4-course dinner for Valentine’s Day prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Michael Rossi.

The Ambrosia restaurant offers intimate, custom leather booths in a candlelit atmosphere while lovers are swooned to the romantic sounds of the Chris Williams live jazz trio. Tableside serenades for your special someone are also available and help make the evening truly magical. Dinner reservations are available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The Valentine’s Day menu offers a choice of four entrees, including a Pan Seared Petite Filet with Portabella Mushrooms, Roasted Root Vegetables and Dried Red Cherry & Cabernet Reduction, Arctic Char with Forest Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts,
Pearl Onions and Whole Grain Mustard Sauce, Grilled Colorado Rack of Lamb Chops with “Sweet” Potato Polenta, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Rosemary Jus and Roasted Cornish Game Hen with Pomegranate-Pine Nut Couscous and Toasted Orange Essence.
The menu offers several choices for a romantic “Finale” to the evening which includes a “Passion” Fruit Panna Cotta with Raspberry Gelée and Our Signature Bananas Foster Flambé.

Following dinner, guests are invited to the OC Pavilion’s Vault VIP Lounge to continue the celebration. Guests can dance to the amorous jazz ballads of yesteryear in the upscale lounge or relax on plush leather sofas and rose-adorned pedestal tables.
