Bernard Matthews Food Service has launched a new, healthier recipe for its ever-popular Turkey Meatballs.

Bernard Matthews Food Service’s Turkey Meatballs are big sellers across all sectors of the market. The new healthier recipe has a reduced fat content of just 7g per 100g, when oven baked, and a sodium content of less than 400mg per 100g, complying with the latest healthy eating initiatives.

Turkey Meatballs are already a firm favourite with caterers looking for versatile menu options – the company believes the new recipe will make them an even bigger hit. They can be served in a huge variety of ways: in a sauce with pasta, in gravy with vegetables, in a curry, on kebab sticks with rice, cut in half and used as a pizza topping… the list is endless.
