ATLANTA, GA — APRIL 5TH, 2005 — An elite icon of conscious Hip Hop history will grace the stage of one of Atlanta's premier Hip Hop venues. Atlanta Hip Hop label, Dropbombz.com, presents a night of true school Hip Hop featuring the legendary KRS-ONE on Friday, April 15th at the Apache Cafe in downtown Atlanta.

Dropbombz.com is home to local collective of emcees and disc jockey's. Representing Atlanta's bubbling underground Hip Hop scene, Dropbombz.com is committed to the maintaining the integrity of the music the culture. The online community forum located on the label's website is quickly becoming the hub of the local underground information highway. "We feel privileged for the opportunity to bring {KRS} here, let alone perform on the same stage with him", says emcee, Ricky Raw of Dropbombz.

KRS-ONE, also known as The Teacha, comes to Atlanta for two days this month to spread the message about the Gospel of Hip Hop, a message which of preserving the Hip Hop culture as expressed through his organization, The Temple of Hip Hop (http://www.templeofhiphop.org). Friday night's performance will feature members of the Dropbombz.com Alliance as well as other local Atlanta group, Collective Efforts (http://www.collectiveefforts.com). Always an educator of the history and culture, KRS will follow the concert with a lecture at Lenny's Bar in Atlanta on Saturday afternoon.

The Apache Cafe is located at 64 3rd street, near the corner of Spring 3rd Street. The doors open at 9pm with a ticket price of $15 at the door.
