Greenville, SC – TIC Properties, LLC based in Greenville, SC, enters into the Multi-Family investment arena with the hiring of Steve Schoenbaechler as Senior Vice President of Multi-Family investments.

Historically, TIC Properties has focused on office and industrial properties for its core investment programs. The expansion into Multi-Family investment properties will provide greater portfolio opportunities for the company and additional diversification options for its clients. “The fundamentals of the apartment market are improving with occupancy and effective rental rates increasing in most of our target markets. With the prospects for continued economic expansion, and a favorable interest rate environment, we believe investment in Multi-Family assets remain a viable option for TIC Properties, LLC and its clients,” says Mr. Schoenbaechler.

Steve Schoenbaechler brings with him 25 years of experience in commercial real estate primarily in acquistions, asset management, dispositions, and finance. Before TIC Properties, he was responsible for asset management with The Milestone Group, Inc, of Greenville, SC, and has held executive positions with Insignia Financial Group, Intersouth Properties, and Jacques Miller. He holds his BBA and MBA from the University of Kentucky, Lexington.
