The Simon Pearce Restaurant, winner of the 2006 Wine Spectator “Best of Award of Excellence” for having one of the most outstanding wine lists in the world, will host a wine tasting seminar with world-renowned New Zealand wine maker, Daniel Schuster. In the words of highly acclaimed New Zealand wine writer, Michael Cooper, Daniel “has been a guru of the Canterbury wine scene ever since he made the gold medal winning Saint Helena Pinot noirs from 1982 and 1984, which electrified the local wine community.” Daniel has a wealth of global winemaking experience and has authored several books on wine and grape growing.

The seminar will be held at the Simon Pearce Mill, the company’s flagship location, in picturesque Quechee, Vermont. Following the seminar, attendants may choose to complete their evening at the restaurant and enjoy a prix fixe three-course dinner.
