Dallas Contracting Co., Inc. (Dallas Contracting) has been awarded the demolition of the former GAF facility located in South Bound Brook, New Jersey. The approximate 11 acre industrial site, which was formerly used to produce roofing and siding shingles, is composed of over 10 buildings and structures. From a redevelopment standpoint, the site is a designated Brownfield site. Dallas Contracting's scope includes demolition of all buildings and structures including foundations, asbestos abatement, crushing of concrete, masonry and brick for future utilization as backfill and removal of debris.
