The fastest-growing online magazines PickyGuide.Com provides with more than 3,000 pages of helpful consumer information – aptly called ‘picky guides’ –. Launched early this year, PickyGuide.Com is quickly becoming a favorite of consumers looking for buying tips on almost anything. The site is getting thousands of hits and unique visitors daily even though it hasn’t started promoting itself.

“The site is doing very well,” says Ilse Hagen, web marketing head of PickyGuide.Com. “It’s obvious from the large number of visitors we’re getting that thousands of consumers are searching for top-quality product information online, and that our site is giving them exactly what they need.”

A typical ‘picky guide’ contains three main parts – the product’s overview, its types, and buying tips. Each guide is unbiased, easy to read, and written in concise language that appeals to both beginners and experts.

“Our readers are quick to spread the word,” adds Hagen. “Our readers share what they read on our site to other consumers. Some of them are also kind enough to contribute their ideas.”

PickyGuide.Com is a free-access online magazine. Readers can access all its channels without having to pay any subscription fees.

“I go to PickyGuide.Com before I purchase anything online,” says Arizona-based entrepreneur Amanda Hellriegel. “I quickly find information on whatever I am thinking of purchasing, may it be accounting software, a microwave oven, or even jewellery. PickyGuide.Com just helps me decide what to buy really fast.”

PickyGuide.Com presently concentrates on 19 sections including automotive, babies and kids, electronics, computer and software, fashion, sports, and pet supplies, to name a few.
