Queens Economic Development Corporation Presents the 4th Annual Queens Economic and Business Forecast, which will discuss economic and business issues relevant to a broad variety of business professionals in Queens County. Queens Economic and Business Forecast has been a huge success these past three years offering over 150 of the country’s top business and community leaders in attendance last year, a veritable who’s-who of the economic, business, and development community of Queens.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Congresswoman Nydia Valazquez, newly appointed Chair of the House Small Business Committee. Other attendees include Brian McMahon, President of New York State Economic Development Council, who will be presenting his recently published report “Preparing for the Next New York”; also Professor Leonard Baynes of St. Johns University of Law School will present an excerpt from his recently published law review article on small businesses in Queens.


The 4th Annual Queens Economic and Business Forecast will be held Thursday, February 22, 2007 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Shea Stadium’s Diamond Club Restaurant. Queens Economic and Business Forecast is a free conference to Queen’s business owners and entrepreneurs. A complimentary breakfast will be served to all attendees.
