Spanish Business the Order of the Day as The Sara Service Goes Completely Commercial

The Sara Service, the leading commercial property experts in Spain, have announced their recent decision to concentrate solely on the sale of businesses such as bars, restaurants and offices in Spain.

Due to the recent surge in the sale of businesses, mostly on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain, the Service now believes their future lies almost exclusively in the purveyance and distribution of top quality companies and businesses from all sectors in the Spanish commercial market.

The Service has commented on the recent trend towards emigration to Spain from mostly European countries such as Ireland, UK, Scandinavian countries and mainland Europe. Mark Singleton, spokeperson for The Sara Service comments "our recent business sales have risen 225% in the last quarter alone which is building on the steady rise we have seen over the past few years. This has led us to believe that the economic and fiscal future of the Service lies with 95% of our focus on the sale of bars and restaurants, as well as hotels and offices, in Spain"

Although The Sara Service is now geared almost exclusively to the commercial sales sector, it still retains a healthy section on residential Spanish property as this market is, and always has been, very strong in Spain. While the current portfolio of Spanish properties supplied by the Service will be maintained, it is expected that the portfolio will grow continuosly over the coming years.

Soon we will be teaming up with other major non-web based estate agents to hugely increase the number of Spanish businesses available and, more importantly, to increase the range across which these businesses will spread from Costa Blanca in the North, through Costa del Sol, and into Costa de la Luz in the South of Spain.
