The Elliott Tomlin Foundation set to Sponsor Economic Empowerment Month Kick-Off



The Elliot Tomlin Foundation will be sponsoring an Economic Empowerement Month Kick-off; on June 1, 2005 an Economic Empowerment Month After-work Networking Social Mixer kick-off will be held in collaboration with The Elliot Tomlin Foundation. The After-work Networking Social Mixer Empowerment Kick-off will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 and will begin at 6:00 pm and end at 10:00 pm.

The Networking Social Mixer Economic Empowerment Kick-off will be held at The Trey Whitfield School located at 48-60 Williams Avenue Brooklyn, New York 11207. The After-work social will include reception, networking, cocktail, presentations, food, and raffle drawing.

The Elliot Tomlin Foundation is a non-for-profit 501(c) 3 Corporation established to commemorate the life and vision of Elliot Tomlin through empowering the abilities of children, youth, and communities to accomplish their goals and vision.

The foundation strives to provide educational scholarships to inner-city youth which would financially assist their goals and pursuits. The foundation also provides mentorship programs and health screening programs to inner-city children and community residents.

Based in East New York, Brooklyn, our goal is to reach the community with the help of Public and Private funding to provide an array of social and community programs.

Proceeds of the Economic Empowerment Kick-off support the programs of "The Elliott Tomlin Foundation.
