March 7, 2007: SWANSEA, Ill. – Vantage Homes is now accepting contracts for homes in its new community in Swansea, Fairfield Manor.

The community will bring six new home designs to the area. The new neighborhood is located near Vantage’s Wild Horse Meadows neighborhood with access to Sullivan Drive. Fairfield Manor will be built in two phases and will eventually include 114 homes in a scenic, natural setting.

“Fairfield Manor is a neighborhood with true curb appeal and will introduce all new floor plans to the area,” Vantage Homes Sales Manager John Mahar said. “The convenient location and beautiful, private homes offer homebuyers a lot of value.”

A variety of home styles, including ranch, 2-story and story-and-a-half models will make up the neighborhood, and Vantage will offer many homesites on private cul-de-sacs. Homes within the development will range in size from 1,800 to 3,300 square feet and will start in the $230’s. Homeowners within Fairfield Manor will also enjoy the convenience of being just 5 minutes from the Metrolink and 2 minutes from Wolf Branch Elementary School.

The Vantage Homes’ "Bells & Whistles" packages, which offer upgraded designer features to home buyers at substantial savings, will also be available.

The grand opening celebration will be held later this spring, and interested buyers who want first choice of homesites in the neighborhood can visit the Wild Horse Meadows sales office.
