Kaleidico’s icoSales Platform to Manage Broker Watchdog’s Lead Exchange Program; Free lead allocation and management software aids brokers in sales process

March 07, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
Kaleidico, a premiere provider of http://www.Kaleidico.com/ solutions, today announced its icoSales platform has been selected to serve as the exclusive lead management engine for BrokerWatchdog.com, one of the industry’s top lead exchange forums. The service will be available free of charge to registered Broker Watchdog users.

“We are pleased that Broker Watchdog has selected icoSales as its lead management platform,” said Bill Rice, Kaleidico’s CEO. “Brokers will especially enjoy the business process management functionality within the tool that provides a new way for brokers to track their leads and manage them through the entire sales process.”

icoSales is a customizable lead acquisition, allocation and management engine that aligns prospects with the sales personnel that are most likely to take a transaction through to closing. Unlike traditional Customer Relationship Management applications, icoSales is a Customer Acquisition Management tool that gives sales personnel and managers the ability to manage leads, make changes to lead flow, and generate dynamic reports in real-time.

Prior to implementation of icoSales, Broker Watchdog users posted leads for exchange on the website’s forum. For example, if a broker had a customer who needed an FHA loan and the broker did not specialize in FHA loans, he could post the lead to the forum where another broker could access it and work with the customer. Broker Watchdog members are now able to manage leads posted on the forum and determine completion of the sales process, an option that was not available prior to icoSales.

“Mortgage brokers often turn away prospects for a variety of reasons such as not being licensed where the prospects live or not wanting to handle certain loan scenarios because they may not be too familiar with them,” said Julian Bond, founder and administrator of Broker Watchdog. “The members of Broker Watchdog have been eager to exchange leads with each other and Kaleidico has the perfect platform for this purpose, because it allows our members to choose who to exchange leads with.”

Broker Watchdog users can exchange leads on the forum in two ways. Brokers can either transfer leads by loading them into the icoSales platform and sending them to brokers with whom they are acquainted, or they can enroll themselves in specific channels, provided by icoSales, from which they would like to receive leads. Examples of these customizable channels include FHA and non-prime loans. In both cases, brokers are able to manage and exchange leads with greater efficiency, ultimately increasing their volume of closed loans.
