Wave Software Promotes Lindsay Couch to Director of Strategic Accounts

ORLANDO, Florida (March 9, 2007)— Orlando-based Wave Software, an innovator in the deduplication, regeneration and export of native email files, announced today that it has promoted Lindsay Couch, J.D., to director of strategic accounts. Couch is responsible for business development with strategic accounts. She will establish long-term relationships with client executive management along with key senior personnel in appropriate businesses. Couch will analyze and advise clients on strategic initiatives that may be supported by Wave Software’s products and services. More specifically, she will position Wave’s email processing software, Trident, as a high value-added software application. Couch will be based in Orlando, Florida.

Prior to joining Wave Software, Couch worked at a medical malpractice defense firm in Orlando and a computer forensics and litigation support company, CXA, Inc. As Senior Account Manager at CXA, Lindsay honed her skills in law and management by assisting attorneys and paralegals with the development of their case in preparation for trial and consulting on new techniques based on advancements in technology and electronic discovery. After much success at CXA, Couch joined the Wave Software team to provide her legal insight in the development and implementation of Trident software.

Couch received her Juris Doctorate degree, May 2003, from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, GA.
