Richard Adams to Present on Nonresident Alien Taxation at EACUBO Professional Development Workshop

The “Nonresident Alien Taxation IRS Compliance Risks When Paying Foreign Persons” presentation is designed specifically for EACUBO members and will cover IRS regulations for payments to nonresident aliens, the due diligence process required by the IRS when making payments to foreign persons, and the key payment elements organizations must have in place in order to be tax compliant.
