New Age recording artist Deuter held a signing of his newest album, Koyasan, on 7 March 2007 at The Body yoga center and cafe in Santa Fe, NM.

The signing drew an intimate crowd of Deuter’s friends and fans from the local Santa Fe area. Saguna Severson, who uses Deuter’s music for meditation, said that his music is “cosmic, meditative and universal” and that her favorite album by the artist is Ecstasy.

New Earth Records president Bhikkhu Schober and vice president Waduda Paradiso were present for the signing. “It was great to see that so many people are inspired by his music. People came to get their CDs signed and they left with a better sense of the man behind the music. He really evokes the spirit of what he does and that inspires his listeners,” said Schober.

The album, released in February, is Deuter’s 11th album with his recording label New Earth Records. Reiki master Joan Garster-Campbell said of the album, “With Koyasan, Deuter continues to share his gifted musical genius. His unique blend of shakuhachi, koto, flutes and keyboards floats you gently to the inner core of your being where you rest fully in the presence of beautiful healing tones. This CD is an enhancing benefit to healing and meditation.”

Deuter has recorded and released over 60 albums to date and he envisions many more to come. What inspires his to create the music that inspires millions? “One thing that is important for me is that I love dancing on the edge of the unknown; to play around and open doors I haven't walked through before,” said Deuter.
