Chokola’j LLC Takes Action on Site Guest Comments

Moriches, NY. The preverbal comment box all too often gets overlooked or disregarded. A recent conversation with the Co-Founders of Chokola’j LLC reveals they take guest comments very seriously. “These are our guests, our patrons if they take the time to mention we could be doing something better; we take the time to listen and follow up” says Daniel Kennedy of Chokola’j™.

And follow up they did. The previous month alone, they designed and implemented three major changes to their website www.chokolajchocolate.com. The first implemented idea was the digital menu. “Our site guests and local patrons wanted a menu to share with family and friends to discuss their experiences with our chocolates, so we launched a program to photograph each of our chocolates, added descriptions and had it published within the month”.

Now the second and third changes were completely new categories in your store correct? “Yes we added what we call Club Cacao, a monthly subscription of chocolate. Subscribers receive a flight of 12 chocolates inspired by the season while occasionally featuring chocolates available only by subscription, a behind the scenes look at our inspirations and a tasting card to document their experiences. Also in response to requests we added a section called Ingredients, where we give our site guest access to hard to find professional grade ingredients”. The aggressive nature of their pursuit of customer satisfaction is one of the reasons that their visitors have been increasing by an average of 30% monthly since they opened earlier this year.
