ZOOLOOK release HITLESS Digital Graphic Novel Series Comic Book Series for the Digital Age

San Francisco, CA (2007) – ZOOLOOK, LLC., a San Francisco-based new media agency, today announced the release of the HITLESS™ Digital Graphic Novel Series for the web and digital handheld space. This unique series is a first of its kind, pushing the boundaries of traditional comic books by offering readers a digital comic book that can be read online or on popular digital devices including the Sony PSP, Apple iPOD and Microsft Zune, to name a few. HITLESS is created using Adobe Creative Suite of products including Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and After Effects. Each issue features a series of high quality/full color panels that can be quickly formatted to be viewed online or on any of the popular handheld devices. An enhanced version of the series is also available in quicktime format which includes animated talk balloons and an exclusive score that represents the background theme of the story.

HITLESS tells the story of a faceless secret agent and his involvement in a top secret government project that began at the end of the Vietnam War. Codenamed Project HITLESS, the classified project was headed by Dr. Grant Parker and six of his brightest students under the direction of a covert branch of the CIA. Their assignment was to develop an exoskeleton stealth suit equipped with advanced technologies that would arm and protect field agents of the 21st century as they carried out clandestine operations throughout the world. Project HITLESS continued to exist in secrecy for the next 30 years, with the CIA neither confirming nor denying the existence or non-existence of the project.

On the early morning hour of August 28, 2006, things would take a turn for the worst when our young, mysterious agent is sent on his first assignment across US borders and the mission goes awry, resulting in a trail of collateral damage. Agent HITLESS quickly finds himself alone and targeted for termination by an employer who will stop at nothing to silence him from revealing the truth. And the only person who can help prove his innocence and bring the real conspirators to justice is a young journalist assigned to investigate the incident whose hidden past secretly links her to the project.
