Ideas That Deliver®, a Neenah, WI-based integrated marketing communications agency, today announced the addition of three new staff members.

Gary Pawlovich has joined the agency as senior VP of new business development. In this position, Pawlovich will work with potential, new, and current clients to identify needs and opportunities for their businesses as related to public relations, strategic marketing and advertising. Pawlovich comes to the agency after a successful career with Kimberly- Clark as director of sales, U.S. customer development.

Robin Rupnow has joined the agency as an account executive. In this position, Rupnow will help clients identify opportunities and then work to ensure projects are strategically on target and in the best interests of the customers’ brands. Rupnow held a variety of previous positions in sales and marketing with Kimberly-Clark Corp.

Jennifer Walla has joined the agency as public relations coordinator. In this position, Walla will work with clients and internal staff to create and implement public and media relations strategies. Walla has held previous positions as an editor and journalist with several regional newspapers and magazines.
