Seattle, Wash. – For the first time ever, Luxury Real Estate has expanded into the Middle East market with its newest global division, www.LuxuryRealEstate.com/middleeast. This bold move is designed to increase the company’s global network of the best real estate brokers in the world.

"The Middle East’s luxury real estate industry is on the cusp of incredible expansion and we're excited to be part of it," said John Brian Losh, CEO and publisher of LuxuryRealEstate.com, and broker, chairman and CEO of Ewing and Clark, Inc. in Seattle. “Our new division went online on January 21 and we’ve already built partnerships with developers in the region like Palisades, Pearl Projects, City of Arabia, ETA Star and First Qatar Real Estate.”

In addition to Dubai developers, Luxury Real Estate has also added two real estate brokerage firms to its worldwide network, called Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. These two firms are Safa Homes Real Estate LLC and Luxury City Real Estate, and both are based in Dubai.

Brokers of luxurious properties in the Middle East have recently enjoyed more success with the development of Dubai, United Arab Emirates as a magnet for business in the region. As the global market for luxury homes continues to expand into new locations, LuxuryRealEstate.com offers an essential resource to connect buyers and sellers internationally.

James Magee and Paul McGrath, directors of Luxury Real Estate, Middle East and Egypt, and LuxuryRealEstate.com are working together to capitalize on the fastest-growing market that blends ultra-modern living with strong traditions and heritage. LuxuryRealEstate.com/middleeast has member brokers who specialize in various locations, including the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. The spring 2007 issue of Luxury Real Estate Magazine will also include an 11-page section on Dubai and other Middle Eastern properties. Look for its release in April/May.

LuxuryRealEstate.com/middleeast includes an interactive map of the Middle East and Egypt, a profile of each affiliate and a luxury property search with photos, virtual tours, maps, floor plans and a detailed property description.

One of the pioneer members of the Middle East site is Pearl Properties, the managing company for the visionary Palisades project in Dubai. This project, established more than a year ago by HH Sheikh Issa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, is a collaboration of residential, commercial and retail sectors in this hot United Arab Emirate market. This project touts space for more than 55,000 residents, parkland, a hotel, school and hospital or other health care center. Construction on the project broke ground in December 2006.

www.LuxuryRealEstate.com is the most-viewed luxury real estate Web site in the world.
