Perry Homes expands in community, unveils new models

Offering accessibility to a variety of homebuyers, Perry Homes in Shadow Creek Ranch expands into Fort Bend County, opens two new sections and introduces three new model homes.

Perry Homes offers a full selection of one- and two-story designs on four different homesite sizes in eight different sections in Shadow Creek Ranch. Homes are priced from the $180,000s to the $400,000s and range from 1,700 to more than 4,800 square feet. And, for a limited time, Perry Homes is offering buyer bonuses from $5,000 to $10,000 on all sales in the community.

Off the Texas 288 Corridor, Shadow Creek Ranch is a 3,500-acre lake-themed master-planned community south of Houston in Pearland. While the majority of Shadow Creek Ranch is in Brazoria County with students attending Alvin Independent School District schools, the new Eden Cove and Westhaven sections expand the community into Fort Bend County and into the Fort Bend Independent School District.

A new Alvin ISD elementary school is currently under construction in the community and will be complete in time for fall 2007. And, a new Fort Bend ISD elementary school is planned within the community.

In addition to the opening of Westhaven and Eden Cove in Fort Bend County, Perry Homes also announces the opening of Copper Creek in Brazoria County. Waterside homesites are available in this section of Shadow Creek Ranch.

Three new model homes recently opened in Shadow Creek Ranch, bringing the total of Perry Homes model homes in the community to five.

A new model, featuring a new one-story floor plan, is Plan 3223W in the Trinity Shores section. Built on a 65-foot homesite, this home features four bedrooms and three baths in 3,223 square feet. Homes in Trinity Shores are priced from the $250,000s.

The Westhaven section boasts two new model homes, each built on a 60-foot homesite. The one-story model home is Plan 2805W and features four bedrooms and two baths in 2,805 square feet. The two-story model is plan 3598W and has four bedrooms and 3 ½ baths in 3,598 square feet. Homes in Westhaven are priced from the $210,000s.
Model homes are also located in the Meadow Trails East section, built on 50-foot homesites, and the Eden Cove section, built on 70-foot homesites.

Shadow Creek Ranch offers access to the Texas Medical Center, downtown Houston and Hobby Airport. Retail shopping and dining nearby includes Super Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Salt Grass Steakhouse, Randalls and Super Wal-Mart. Two new Pearland shopping venues have also been announced. Currently under construction in the area is The Promenade Shops at The Spectrum which will be anchored by Bass ProShops. The Pearland Town Center is also being built and will include more than 75 retailers and restaurants. Tenants who have been announced include Macy’s, Dillard’s and Barnes & Noble.
