WARE MALCOMB AWARDED MASTER PLAN AND DESIGN OF PALMDALE CORPORATE CENTER

Palmdale, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Los Angeles office is proud to announce that the firm has been awarded master planning and design services for Palmdale Corporate Center located at the northwest corner of Auto Center Drive and Trade Center Drive in Palmdale, California. The project is being developed by Realm Real Estate of Costa Mesa, California.

Ware Malcomb will provide master planning and architectural design services for four, 2-story “Class A” speculative professional/medical office buildings totaling 232,000 square feet. Each individual building will total 58,000 square feet. Palmdale Corporate Center is located just west of the 14 Freeway with close proximity to restaurants, hotels, shopping centers and a new 250 bed University Health Services Hospital. The project lies within the Palmdale Trade and Commerce Center, a planned office park where tenants and owners enjoy State Enterprise and Foreign Trade Zone benefits, including employment tax incentives. Construction for this project is estimated to begin in summer 2007 with an anticipated completion by summer 2008.
