GREENWOOD VILLAGE – Steve Rosch, formerly with Coldwell Banker Adobe Realty, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at its DTC office in Greenwood Village as a broker associate. Rosch is a recent recipient of a National Real Estate Apprentice Foundation Grant from the Public Benefit Corporation, a California non-profit which awards real estate grants that spotlight the importance of real estate apprenticeships for the enhancement and betterment of the U.S. Real Estate industry.

Steve Rosch earned his real estate license in February 2006 and is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Rosch is currently working toward special designations that recognize the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate. His professional background includes more than 10 years in sales and marketing with a software distribution company that dealt with international vendors and customers. Rosch was responsible for training, business development, marketing strategies, direct mail, and trade shows…a background that serves him well in the highly competitive real estate business. He enjoys archery, fly fishing, skiing, and camping. Rosch is also active with his church and contributes to and participates with CAR’s Housing Opportunity Foundation and as a volunteer with the Colorado Division of Wildlife.

Recipients of the National Real Estate Apprentice Foundation Grant are judged on the basis of salesmanship and communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, creativity, and uniqueness. As a recipient of the grant, Rosch was recognized for his high standards and superior level of professionalism as a real estate agent. Rosch was also recently received a cash prize from Grand Peaks Properties, a Greenwood Village builder that recognized Rosch for his participation with the overview of construction, amenities and plans for The Georgetown, a brownstone residential development in the DTC.

“The central location of Coldwell Banker’s DTC office in Greenwood Village offers a great environment in which to network and promote a broad range of properties,” said Rosch. “Partnering with 300 agents and a full-time support and marketing staff provides the power and resources to market properties efficiently and effectively. Customers do not care how competitive the market is. They just want to know ‘how much and how long.’ That’s one big reason why Coldwell Banker in the DTC offices offers such a great environment. The integration of websites and technology of Coldwell Banker’s infrastructure cannot be duplicated by smaller firms who are unwilling to invest in their customers.”
