Dee Bax of Dutchman Realty Named Top Commercial Realtor by St. Charles County Association of REALTORS®

March 22, 2007: ST. CHARLES, MO – Dee Bax, owner of St. Charles commercial real estate firm Dutchman Realty, recently received the Top Commercial Sales Award from the St. Charles County Association of REALTORS®.

The award is based on sales volume, and Bax’s total sales volume for 2006 was more than $69 million.

“Our teamwork and experience give us vision for developing communities and led to this award,” Bax said. “At Dutchman, we’re connected to our neighborhood, St. Charles County, and work to land progress for the communities we serve.”

Bax worked on several significant properties in 2006, including the Ohmes Tract in St. Peters. The land was approximately 246.04 acres and will be used for residential homes. Additionally, she was involved with the transaction that led to the new grade school in the Wentzville School District on Duello Rd. Bax also sold the Heartland Marina on the Mississippi River in St. Charles County.
