CNET Networks UK joins Board of UK Association of Online Publishers

CNET Networks UK is a division of CNET Networks, Inc. - a global interactive media company with market-leading properties across the personal technology, entertainment, and business technology categories.

Tom Bureau, UK Managing Director, will join the AOP Board as CNET Network’s representative.

AOP was created in July 2002 to represent the interests of online publishers to the Government and industry and to drive standards and revenue across all sectors of online publishing.

CNET Networks currently reaches in excess of 3.5 million UK-based users on a monthly basis. In the UK, CNET Networks publishes the leading technology b2b websites ZDNet UK (www.zdnet.co.uk), silicon.com (www.silicon.com), and Builder UK (www.ukbuilder.com). In Q2 2005, the company will be launching into the consumer technology space with CNET.co.uk.
