"Changing Real Estate Market – 2007" Webinar Announced

San Mateo, Calif. – March 2007 – A group of respected Bay Area real estate professionals will present a free live Webinar and in studio audience event entitled The Changing Real Estate Market 2007 on Tuesday, March 27 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Peninsula Television Studio in San Carlos, Calif.

This information-rich educational presentation will offer a comprehensive overview of today's key issues affecting home buyers, sellers, and homeowners who are considering refinancing or selling their property. It will feature a panel of five experts who are known for their insights as well as their breadth and depth of real estate experience. The panel will discuss current trends, financing rates, and issues such as how buyers should compete for property and what sellers should be concerned with in the current market.

The panel will be moderated by Bobbi Decker, a 25-year real estate industry veteran, author of a weekly newspaper real estate column, and host of the weekly television program “Real Estate with Bobbi Decker.”

Panelists include:
• Carole Rodoni – an author, lecturer, forecaster, and former executive of several leading Bay Area real estate companies will speak on what the future holds

• A Senior Lending Consultant at one of the world's largest financial institutions will discuss the dependencies that affect rates and pending issues in the mortgage market
