Wine University Program Held @ MAS…a new approach to studying

MAS continues its ever popular Wine University program led by Chef John Manion. Beginning at 7:30 p.m., this monthly series of semi-comprehensive classes covers wines and spirits from all over the world.

Located at 1670 W. Division in Chicago's Wicker Park, MAS' Wine University begins with an educational seminar regarding the featured wine selection for that month. Limited to 30 people, guests are able to taste and discuss the wines, all while referring to printed materials which expand on region, characteristic and food pairings. Following the discussion, Chef John Manion pairs a four-course dinner designed to complement each wine selection. Classes are priced at $50 per person (including tax) and are held the last Thursday of every month.
