WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR CENTURY BUSINESS CENTER

(March 2007) Hawthorne, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Los Angeles office is proud to announce that the design has been completed and construction has begun for Century Business Center, located on Jack Northrop Avenue and Crenshaw Boulevard in Hawthorne, California. This commercial industrial project is being developed by Kearny Real Estate Company of Los Angeles, California.

Ware Malcomb provided planning and architectural design services for the Century Business Center project. Phase I includes eighteen (18) speculative industrial/office buildings totaling 204,000 square feet. The individual buildings will range in size from 3,500 square feet to 20,000 square feet.

Construction began in March 2007. Phase I of the project will be completed by December 2007, and phases II and III are estimated to be completed by 2012. Millie and Severson Incorporated of Los Alamitos, California is the general contractor for this project.
