OCS acquires CRS to provide a complete store development solution

OCS Group, the £600 million property services support group, has today announced the acquisition of City Retail Support Ltd (CRS). CRS, based in Staffordshire provides merchandising, project management, shopfittting and health and safety consultancy services to a wide range of major UK retailers.

Graeme Grove, managing director of OCS Inventory and Audit Services said: “The addition of the CRS service offering to our existing stock audit business allows us to offer a genuinely complete solution to the store development requirements of any retailer. We are delighted to welcome the CRS management and field teams to the OCS family. We were very impressed with the can-do culture we found at CRS and are excited by the growth opportunities this deal will allow us to pursue.”

The complete senior management team and central project management teams will continue with the new venture.
